It was a very uniquely stylized movie that looked like an A movie and played out like a B movie in terms of plot. Overall it was funny to laugh at total airheads trying to figure out existential concepts, and some funny moments, especially the Ken song. I know they tried to have some serious yet trite ‘teachable’ moments that kind of retracted from the comedy, but at the end of the day it was well worth the watch.

I’ll always watch Wes Anderson’s film in the theatre so he’ll keep making them. This one looks, feels different than any of this others, but is still clearly in his style. It’s basically like watching a play on the big screen, so it maintains an element of theatre with theatre people. It’s not exactly a comedy but has some light moments that are really fun. I’d recommend this only if you’ve seen a few other of his films like Rushmore, Grand Budapest or French Dispatch and enjoyed them. People who go to this because they like a certain actor will likely be perplexed by the pacing and story.

This show confirms that in modern times, a video game can have richer, more compelling and weightier plots and characters than a tv show. This show is flaccid, sometimes ridiculous, integrates the usual modern pc agenda that most shows have these days, and is paced and edited to be...boring. Geralt and Roach are perfect however, which had me hyped for months before being absolutely disappointed by the shallow, confusing and at times stupid first episode.
