Fabulous show!!! I have some ink but when I watch (well actually binged all seasons), I’ve come to realize just how intense and amazed at how incredibly brilliant these artists are. Yes, some scenes probably staged a little, but nothing compares to this TV show. I watch it and will rewatch again. They are super hard with tons of critiquing on great pieces of art that many people might completely agree or disagree with the judges..myself included. Some are sent home just b/c they have to send someone home for equally ‘poorer’ or not truly the worst tattoos as the other person should have been. It’s also a game so u might be sent home even though your tattoo was great just because it’s how it’s played. So it’s interesting to watch PLUS the candidates are under ENORMOUS pressure w/ limited time(s) & sleep…the beginning Flash challenges are hard and team challenging makes it even tougher. That’s my take! Watch, even if you’re not a fan of tattoos b/c w/ even just the art challenges are bam-wow!
