Watching the US Open and trying to figure out the rationale for the split screen (one small screen showing each player to left and right, and center screen the conventional whole court view). The net effect is to make the screen on which you are watching the match seem half its true size. I'm not really interested in anything except the center view. If the individual views were presented now and then it wouldn't be so bad. Having them there all the time is just an annoying distraction!
