Ant Jay

The first 5 episodes are serviceable low budget horror, littered with the usual BBC diversity tropes. Episode 6 onwards are nothing short of dreadful. Gone is the pacing, story arc. The script turns to absolute mush, for instance (spoiler alert) a female character gets locked in a morgue container. She is rescued after being bloodied and battered and suffering a hugely traumatic event. The lad who saves her actually has a breakdown and it is up to the girl to comfort him. I mean akward pathetic writing. It's almost like they wrote enough for 5 episodes but we're told to stretch it out to 8 episodes. Dreadful BBC diversity project that shows the state of drama on the BBC since the woke idiots took charge. 2/5 abysmal.

This film has all the dramatic effect of a sprout. The cast have no chemistry, the snake is a mix of poor CGI and a poor rubber sock. Avoid or watch it for the pure awkwardness of it all.

Good film, all done with a tongue in.cheek style but shows mankind for what it is. A fake society in denial until it's too late. Brilliant

Production values are high, however the cast is left struggling with poor direction and a poor script. Next to no character development, which means the inevitable, you dont care about the ahem! Characters. It is watchable though and does give zombie genre a fans, a new fix, since the walking dead has.....well died.
