All the hate surrounding Depression Quest is frankly unbelievable. I enjoyed this so much; it resonated with me in so many ways. People will meet you as far as they have met themselves, so it's no wonder having depression feels like an intangible and isolating experience. Our brains put so much self-loathing into us and make us feel like we can't get better; however, that's not true. We can get better. I know I've improved since I experienced depression over three years ago, and I'm still going strong. Take care of yourself, and create a foundation inside of yourself full of sincerity and forgiveness.
