So bad that it is good. This where a lot of the actors got their starts. Just watched it again for about the 100th time, I always catch something new. I was born in '76 and grew up during the Reagan years. Everyone was scared and SAC was on 24 hour round the clock airborne exercises. See also "By Dawn's Early Light". Powers Boothe plays a lead role in this film about SAC.
