One of the early books asks whether it's okay to take a tomato from your neighbor's garden. No? What if we get a policeman to do it? Back then, my daughter said, "Well, he's got that badge."
Fast-forward several years and now she's ranting about how lockdowns and stimulus checks are unconstitutional.
If you want your kids to love and trust the government and think it's a-okay to steal other people's stuff, these aren't the books for you. Otherwise, they're a great way to introduce them to the main concepts of freedom, civics, and personal responsibility.
