The best series to watch at bedtime along with the clangers revival.

At first I couldn't imagen anyone else narrating and animating the clangers, but the big reveal was unexpected. Smallfilms involving Peter firmin (who is sadly no longer with us) and Daniel Postgate (Oliver's son) has successfully brought back the clangers and made it suitable for the modern audience without being too modern itself. I like to watch it and Bagpuss sometimes before bed (Almost better than the original that was good but not something I would watch at bedtime). Hopefully if Bagpuss also makes a comeback he will still be what the clangers revival is. Beautifully homemade, simply sounded, suitable for a bedtime story and well love by both children and adults.
