I was so impressed of how they honored the original Top Gun. We get closure about Goose and his family after his death. Goose's son Bradley blames Maverick for his fathers death and Bradley finally understands, but also learns that Maverick still blames himself for Goose's death. We get to meet Penny and elaborate on her story with Maverick. It was sad to see Ice die, but happy to see that Ice and Maverick were best friends and that Maverick still had something to give to the younger pilots. The movie shows us that our age makes us wiser and it better to be humble than arrogant. Maverick still has to prove himself over and over. Something that most of us can relate too. The move was well thought out and turned out Amazing!!!

Tear jerker for sure! For those of us who really get into the movie and almost take part in it. I would love to know if something like that, somewhere actually happened. Adam of course is always great and I would hope he's like that in real life. Drew, is so loving and kind. I feel I grew up with Drew since she was a child in the movie ET. We were the same age and of course I whatched all of Drew's movies after that. Drew will always have a place in my heart. Watch this movie and let yourself fall into it.
