This serial is beautifully casted and written. Each character has his own identity. I watched it on TV when it was aired from 2011-2014. Now due to lockdown in 2020, I am watching it again and it doesn’t feel like it was made years ago. It is to the point. Mohit Raina as Shiva is a perfect choice for the great role. Every other character suits the personality. I am in love with this series and my spirituality for Mahadev is increasing. A must-watch serial.

Period is a considered as a taboo in India.
Hence, this documentary winning Oscar will help in eradicating this narrow-minded thinking. It shows the ground reality of rural areas where the education,awareness and sanitation need to be delivered.
