Not bad really. I've seen scarier but the plot is somewhat hard to follow and the bad guys motivation is cliche but the movie stands as one of the better horror flicks this year. Essentially, if you're looking for the Next Silver Bullet or Shining, look elsewhere, but if you can manage your expectations, be willing to enjoy some excellent acting and scares and take in some of the most beautiful camera work yet seen for 2019, this film is a nice choice. Final score: 8/10
