Almost put down the book after the first chapter where every other work was the f word (we get it, you’re an edge lord) but decided to keep reading as it was a short, easy read. Didn’t have any major realizations or learn much from this book. Found it a bit irritating that the author presented a lot of things as fact that were just based off his experiences. There were some interesting parts but I’d say this book is super overhyped.
