What an amazing film, if you are or ever been a teenage girl you should definitely watch this movie. Even if you've never had an abortion you'll still find it relatable. The movie touches on themes that almost every single teenage girl in the world has experienced, and personally, I saw myself reflected in some of the situations this girls were involved in. Imo this film gives a pretty good (still narrow, but good) picture of what it feels like to be a teenage girl in a still misogynistic world, that doesn't take you seriously and belittles you just for being you. So, in conclusion just go watch it, it'll definitely make you think, I know I did.

I liked the cinematography of the show, good acting, and like other reviews mentioned, the first few episodes were really enjoyable. But *SPOILER* the story has lots of plotholes and doesn't really explicitly explains what happened, for example - why did the monarch took all the 21 students and not just Ida? I guess he didn't wanted witnesses, but then why did he left 4 people, including one person that actually saw him (the driver). And also Amelia, Falke and Jakob. My possible theory is that maybe Amelia, Jakod and Falke were the only ones left alive *and sane* because they promised to serve the cult for the next 21 years until the monarch could get Astrid, so that's why Jakob and Falke are the one's who contacted her in the first place and indirectly guided her to the monarch and her death. And that's why Falke said his part was done (although what he said to Astrid hardly added anything to the plot), and also why Jakob's gravestone has the cult's symbol in it. Still Amelie's involment is really ambigous, she is still alive and well as far as we can see, it might be that the place she lived in Rumania was an Osiris cult too, idk (it looked like a cult). Because out of that, I don't understand why would the other 21 students were taken but them 3 weren't. (another thing that never gets explained is Jakob's death, was he killed or not? because if not why even mention it?) So yeah, the story lefts a lot of things unexplained, like when Astrid is sacrificed the 21 students come back, SO WHY DID HE TOOK THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE?? If someone knows, let me know. And like this examples, many other things were brought up during the story for no reason because never got explained.
