Robert Duvall was, as always, riveting. He plays an old man beautifully. Other cast members were excellent, especially Charlie. The plot is intriguing, sad, and believable, and only a bit predictable to a long-ago theater major. Scenery was wonderful and the sets/houses were exquisitely authentic. Loved the mountain music. Where was it filmed?
