This game brings back the allure to the franchise. I can't remember the last time I was actually excited to come home from work/school and compete in something that didn't feel it was basically designed for toddlers. This Modern Warfare harbors all the feels of MW2 and MW3 and I hope the perpetual path of targeting the younger audience with all the bright colors and comic-like design is over. Cross-play, check. Eliminate season passes, check. Call of Duty is actually headed in the right direction, just sad it took them nearly 10 years to come back to how great the franchise was. Just wish there was more of a competitive leveling system similar to how halo 2 ranked players. Same infinity ward modern warfare engine (fantastic), with a new beautiful look. No more jet-packs, specialists or other garbage that ruined the game.
