Where do we begin with this movie? This probably outbeat any horror movie this year by a mile. Very gritty, emotional, and twisted. You felt like you were going crazy as this movie went on. Everything about this movie was superb. It kind of played on present political debates as well.

The first twenty minutes and last fourty minutes saved this movie. I personally am not a fan of horror movies that have comic relief throughout the movie. The movie trailer made it look like it was going to be this horrifying and gritty experience, but we only got that in the beginning and towards the end. I'm okay with jump scares from time to time but this movie had a little too many, and they were predictable for the most part. CGI was more comedic then scary as well. I did enjoy the acting, some of the visuals were entertaining, and as I said before the last fourty minutes had my attention the entire time. The first twenty minutes were good. As a member of the LGBTQ community I personally was not offended by the opening...others might be.
