I read the book almost a month ago but I can still vividly remember how Violet’s and Finch’s story goes. For me the book is very perfect that I couldn’t put my expectations towards the movie. In fact, there are a lot more important details in the book, a story not just revolving between the two main characters. The most interesting part that gave me a heads up was when Finch texted Violet and Kate before he was gone. Violet scrutinized the texts and found clues on what Finch was talking about and she found the map that they used where Finch encircled the places for their wandering. It’s like a puzzle Violet is trying to fix but they didn’t show that very well in the movie. And also I didn’t see Justin Smith as Finch. Just read the book.
