I just finished watching Season 9 on Netflix, and I am appalled at some of the choices the experts made. Matt was one red flag after another right from the beginning. The experts thought that a guy who is estranged from his family, with no job and no permanent place to live is a good candidate for marriage? It was obvious something was off about him from episode 1, and if I could spot that through my TV, I'm sure it was noticed during the interview process. I understand that it's all about ratings, and choosing a virgin and someone who hasn't dated in 10 years reflect that. At least those couples had a chance. Bringing Matt into the mix was a guaranteed failure, and poor Amber paid the price.
