Quite possibly one of the best films I’ve ever seen. The direction, the acting, the cinematography, all servicing the story without spoon feeding you anything. Layers upon layers of subtext. Manipulated my emotions unlike most movies can these days. This film deserves an Oscar for Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actor for Nicolas Cage. Probably his greatest role yet. And the scene in the fancy restaurant was probably one of the best acted I’ve ever seen and instantly one of my favourites. Just an all-around fantastic movie, I cannot say enough!

If you grew up with Robert Rodriguez's kids movies in the 2000s, this is a real treat.

This movie proves critics are so out of touch. One of the great comedy classics.

Better than Fast & Furious, Cars, Death Race, and Air Bud combined.
