Good Afternoon

This series had so many meanings other than the obvious. A daughter or woman who does not have the guidance of responsible parents, no natter how smart she us, does not automatically learn how to put herself first and may never learn if she has a heart! Being the adult for adults messes with your mind, psyche and health. For generations, women or children were trapped financially by an abusive physically, verbally and/or emotionally whereby the woman had no choice but to endure with prior generations doing it on their own to or an absent patriarch. A pregnancy can be avoided but a lot of young women get trapped by the sane type of man who is irresponsible when a girl is young and unassuming. Great series emotional and not every woman gets the happy results that gave hone on generations by example.

The underlying story is about a mother daughter relationship and a mother who never protected her daughter who went to desperate lengths to survive and a mother who did not care about her only sabotaging her when she tries to do the right thing for a permanent solution for her and her brother once the mother is gone.

The most interesting question was about Wallaces’ bandana and that was mot interesting! No content about his books or why he was famous. Obviously depressed. An alcoholic and drug addict but underdeveloped plot never pointed to his suicide.
