One of the most touching movies I've seen in a long time. Everything about the movie is achingly beautiful, right from the innocence of the children and how easily they believe the words and worlds that adults create for them, to the picture perfect cinematography which captures the beauty of kuttanad in all its glory, and the music that adds to the richness of each moment. I wish more people made movies like this. Didn't even know about it and happened to discover it on Netflix. This movie will stay in your mind, long after you're done watching it. Will go to bed saying a silent prayer for all the little kids like Kuttapayi, hoping that there's a God out there to listen to them.
