Makayla

I fell in love with this book as soon as I started reading it and it made me so happy. i didn't know what to feel at times but it was great. I used this book for a 5th grade ELA project and i'm very glad I did. I do really wish Miguel and Esperanza got together in the end at the romantic float or that the author at least told us if they did. I hope another book like this is made and I hope this comes very helpful to someone.
