I love this movie. I actually saw it in the theater and I end up rewatching it every few years. It remains one of my favorites. It's quirky and a bit strange. You always catch one more subtle detail in each subsequent watching. It's a fun movie. If your sense of humor isn't a little offbeat this might not be a good fit for you. 'Joel is definitely a little bit more than mama Carrie's son'...to paraphrase one of my favorite lines.
