Ravens “Raven” Call

Just got done watching this film and it's a wonderful coming of age story. It's a movie from France, so let's get that out of the way. It follows an 11yr old girl who's going to a new school, gets her first period, and makes some horrible decisions because she desperately wants friends. A lot of the stuff these young girls do mimics what a lot of middle school aged girls do. It's not a bad movie at all. Doesn't deserve the negativity.

This is not your typical horror film. The way it is filmed is set to make you very very uncomfortable and I can say without a doubt they did this very well. The movie is very slow and odd and probably make your horridly confused most of the way through. Over all not a bad film, but not something I would ever watch again.
