Absolutely loved this book. The best part about it was all the different characters had their different problems. Crystal helped each one overcome what was bothering them. Children now-a-days have an assortment of trials to handle. It's a great help for kids. I also ordered the journal/coloring book that has the same characters. Crystal loved to keep a journal. I hope the kids do too. I give it 5 stars,
