So last night watched the new Denzel movie that's on HBO max "The Little Things" which had received a pretty decent build up and so was very much looking forward too it. Jared Leto and the weird looking actor Rami Malek were also in it and with it being a psychological thriller with some body bags, it was right up my alley. I'm as big a Denzel fan as there is out there. To this day his role as Alonzo in "Training Day" just might be my favorite character in any movie ever. Well I'm here to tell you it was withought a doubt the worst movie I've ever seen Denzel in EVER!! The movie simply sucked. I couldn't wait for it to be over to be honest as it just dragged on and on and on. I've seen this same movie 30 times in my life but so long as the acting is good and the story line is as well, I can still enjoy it. Not this one...it was terrible. I don't even think I could recommend it too anyone it was that bad. In fact I think as weird as Leto is in real life and in this movie, Malek was just as strange and for a moment there early on in the movie, I thought he might be the "bad guy" One of the worst movies I've seen in a long time. Denzel needs to do an Equalizer 3 or something like that cause this role of his here....ugh lots of ugh!!
