The main female character’s repeated insistence on distancing herself from the male lead and the supporting cast’s overly friendly attitude with a stranger was just getting annoying when the romantic leads finally get together over to give the early 1900’s inn a eco-friendly makeover. In the end it was the incredible location of Thames, New Zealand got all the attention it deserves, making forgiving the formulaic plot and dialog a little easier to take.
