When I got this game, I didn't think it would be as good as it actually is. However, I saw its quality upon playing it. The brightly colored aesthetic, the zany humor that's to be expected of the Raving Rabbids, the clever gameplay, and the strange juxtaposition between Mario and turn-based strategy with guns and exploding rubber ducks just bizarre and beautiful. The game is self-aware of its nonsensical style and surprising difficulty, and it puts a smile on my face when I play. Other jokes inside the game, such as references, the main character Beep-0's dialogue being censored, and Luigi dabbing during one of his attacks were unexpected and just added to the game's weird charm. I would definitely recommend this game.
