Coming from a young women who’s only ties to this title is a skimmed read novel from highschool and a B- from the novel test, this movie was phenomenal. The way this movie was pieced together, starting at the sisters adulthood and frequently traveling back in time made it more interesting and more personal. It’s important to understand that many moments in our lives have significant connections to moments of the past. This movie captured this perfectly. By the end of the film, I felt connected to each character and their story. I walked out of the theature with that unique feeling you get only after watching a touching movie at the theature. I drove home in silence thinking about so many moments from the film that stayed with me. No matter your interests in classic literature, any women would love this film.
