I loved the original but sadly I did not love this. It was okay but didn't live up to my expectations. In all honesty my least favourite part of the original film were the cartoon parts and there were far too many of these in Mary Poppins Returns. I wanted to see clothes putting themselves away etc ....okay it had been done before but was still a delight to see and the only tidying up this time was papers which was no where near as magical.
