I am someone who watches Seinfeld the TV series over and over again on Netflix. I find the writing clever, innovative, and well-perfected. However, between Jerry Seinfeld's bad acting, series of metaphors and euphemisms that don't work, exaggeration of guest stars, and overzealous sets and clearly spent too much money, I fell asleep before the halfway mark during the movie. I'm curious how they were able to mess up this movie, take such a relatable subject and fall so short on making into an interesting story.
