Caroline Dench

This is the worst version of Persuasion I have ever had the misfortune to watch. The actor playing Wentworth is totally wrong for the part, he has nothing about him at all and is a terrible actor. He looked strange and reminded me of Sylvester Stallone playing Rocky. There was absolutely no chemistry between him and Dakota Johnson and I found myself wishing that she would find somebody more handsome and charismatic. Just awful. I won't even go into the fact that the story has been modernised , the main issue is the lack of chemistry. Don't bother.
