One of my all time favourite series. I regularly re-watch it, and enjoy it equally as much every time.
So many good aspects to this show. The storyline is great, but for me the character development, particularly James is refreshing.
The show feels so real as well. You watch a lot of series where the conversations & scripts just aren't authentic. The whole script is very well written in my opinion, and I love the awkwardness of the scenes.
Season 2 is also great. The 2 seasons differ greatly from each other, but again, it is well written, with a simple but effective story arch.
The acting throughout is exceptional. Naomi Ackie did an amazing job on Bonnie. I felt intimidated every time she came on the screen.
I also love the short episodes. Quite often, you find a series which is good, albeit long winded, and it drags on. With this show, you find that your evening will disappear with the 20 minute episodes, which fits in very well with the pace and nature of the show
James is probably my favourite character from any show I have watched. I would recommend this show to anyone, and wish I could watch it again for the first time
