Don't listen to these long ass drawn out fluff explanations on how engaging this movie is. It's bland, at best. No common sense, logic or emotion are applied in this flick. The girl's acting is just lacking any real emotion like being on auto pilot. Her dad is killed, not a single year or scream of rage, gonna go back try to take off in an already busted ship and read a book while listening to Japanese rock.... It gets worse from there. Stop calling this a SciFi western, clearly folks are too young and have never seen any western shows.

For those saying this was a brilliant movie and engaging... I can only imagine the other dribble you consider good. This movie was dumb, the entire premise is dumb. No way in hell would this dude be able to not only go on the roof where all the snipers were without showing an ID regardless of knowing the password. He wouldn't have been able to take a police radio I mean cmon man, seriously. The music was horrible, but understandable if your a teenage girl. Also there's no way a civilian would be alone with that type of celebrity as I've done security for a couple myself, none of this would've occurred period. When to pop singer is at the killers house, really and this broad didn't call the police but goes on her chat page. You folks who have this good reviews lack taste I'm sorry to say. Only watched this to pass the time til the new Penguin episode, now you want to talk about an engaging story there ya go
