In reply to the girl saying why La llorona left the mexico river. She can go where ever water is, but in this particular story, why she wanted the womens children, if you paid attention the answer is with the "unfit" mother from the beginning. She prayed to la llorona. Now anyways for my review. I enjoyed this movie. Its very much comparible to conjuring, insidious, the nun. But overall i enjoyed it. They stuck to her story and made an overall enjoyable movie. I was scared and im still pretty scared when i walk to my car at night and the wind is strong! Lol. But i grew up very scared of this folktale. So this kind of brought that fear back. Anywho there was plot twist at the end for me a couple times. They were very crative in keeping you guessing. Some stuff was predictable but ive recommended to everyone.
