Karen Parsons

The book "Flowers for Algernon" was incredible but I felt the film lacked the true character of Charlie. The film is ok, it's acting is brilliant but personally I loved the book for helping to see the world through the eyes and ears of a low IQ person, who is then granted intelligence. I enjoyed how the romance develops in the book but not in the film at all it hasn't managed to capture the essence for me.
