Austin Butler gives a generation defining performance and must, must get an Oscar. He’s mesmerising as Elvis and for moments you genuinely forget the real Elvis is dead. The film is brilliant and respectful to the King. Despite having Tom Hanks in the film it’s Austin who steals the show with a truly outstanding and electrifying performance. Take a bow Austin I can’t believe it’s your first leading role. I didn’t think anyone could beat Remy Maliks performance as Freddy but this films performance is breathtaking. TCB
