From a long tenure with destiny 2 and a hellish release of diablo 4, baldurs gate 3 makes me feel happy to be a gamer again. Finally a game that i can play with my friends that has updated graphics, in a world that feels like it is a living breathing environment, made with love and an actual care for how we would play it. As an introverted gamer ive wanted to play dnd but never got to take the first step in to it. This game is a good introduction to the dice and spell slot mechanics of dnd gameplay. Maybe ill go find a group in the future. Baldurs gate 3 is a breath of fresh air in a scape of trash and predatory behaviors. I cant wait to dump 5k+ hrs in to it
