I have really never had any experience with monarch, but two of my friends needed some therapy. Once reaching someone in the office which I want to say their name, but I’m gonna be better than that and not say their name. They didn’t want to give me just the basic information of where someone needs to call who someone needs to call what department they need to call for the type of therapy that they may need what paperwork they may the to bring with them how this will go just a little overview of how this whole thing will Start. This thing meaning therapy for both of my friends. When I ask for this information, she told me to have them give us a call and will get her set up. Well, the main reason I was calling was because they won’t call they won’t get the information and I’ve had friends who have committed suicide because they didn’t get the information or did not get the help they needed because they would not look for the information , I would not look for a place to get treatment for the mental illness. Now if calling and asking just general information, a telephone number or department name what the counseling should be called if I call back and ask for that department, none of that information could be given to me Because I was told they needed to call. This is ridiculous, absurd, sad, horrible, unprofessional, and that’s only because a few of those words come to my mind. Get it together in the front office of Monarch because you’re saving no lives. If these are the people that represent you monarch win people walk in the door.
