If you’re into phenomenal writing then you will love this. I still think that besides 7 final fantasy is the most underrated series. I wish I could experience this game again as a new player. It’s easily become my favorite game of all time and I can’t wait for square enix to come out with 17 or another dragon quest.

Actual gameplay itself? Amazing. Unfortunately from what I played though most of the story is doing stupid things like playing mini games at the country fair, hunting literal bees with a drone to “heal the world”, riding bikes and doing puzzles. I just want to beat up bad guys and be spider man. Not to mention the writing is also also so cringey and bad, I mean we are talking old mortal kombat/street fighter movie level of bad, but this lacks the charm that those had with its woke garbage being crammed down our throats. Would not recommend this game to anyone unless you are 12 or are into more childish entertainment. Batman Arkham is a lot more for adults. Will not be buying spider man 3 unless they get better writers and I am glad I didn’t pay full price for this. Hate sounding really negative but I want a good spider man game.
