Your report on the retirement villages in south Australia and Victoria has created significant concern in our NSW village. The ACT is different in each State and the situation in NSW DOES NOT HAVE the outrages issues in those other states.
We have seven different contracts with only 40 pages and we certainly got legal advice.
The exit fees and repairs are NOT comparable to those in the other states.
Your reporter had the opportunity to clarify this issue and alleviate concerns in our village, but made no mention last night.
