Rey V

Seeing other people/youtubers say they enjoyed the game and that it was one of the best games they've played in a while made me feel like I was going to be disappointed when I played it. I didn't watch any gameplay only saw thumbnail after thumbnail of people saying it was amazing GOTY 10/10 ETC. I felt like I was in for a letdown. I wasn't. The music is beautiful. The character design and the flavor of art they have is impeccable The world design is simple but effective and not cumbersome to explore (save for one thing) The enemy design is creative and I feel like I am always seeing something new and I never know what to expect next The combat is tight and engaging with the QTEs to keep you on your toes and rewards precision. The narrative is original refreshing and executed phenomenally

The 1st act was a little annoying due to one character who was very one note. But once things start happening the movie does much better. A nice return to a classic franchise. Much better than the prequels!
