If I could give this film a lower rating, I would. The new characters were very bad. Zhou wasn't that good of a character in my opinion for the fact that we would compare her to Po. There is a scene in the film around the end that grinds my gears to the point of being insulting, and if you were expecting a Tai Lung centered story, you would be dead wrong. Tai Lung and the other villains are there just for fan service, and nothing else. Honestly, the story would have been better if Po remained the dragon Warrior. Heck, it would still work with the main villain. Don't watch this film if you don't want to see retcons, continuity errors, and overall lazy writing that doesn't belong in a KFP film. Need anymore convincing? I saw people walking out of the theater not even half way through the film

I really enjoyed the film. Ill be the one to agree that it can never top the original film, but it does its job at what its delivering. In terms of story, I say it did a great job at following up from Afterlife. It also did a good job at using the characters given to us. The villain may have some boring elements to it, but it's far better than Vigo in GB2. I recommend watching this film for a great sequel that expands on what happened in the last film.
