Lower Decks has the heart, camaraderie, humor, inclusion, wit, and kindness that had all of us fall in love with Trek from the beginning. Although I grew up on TOS, found my heart's home with Next Generation (and have loved all the other series, as well)... I have to say that Lower Decks has turned into my all-time favorite. There's SO much here. If you've been with the franchise for decades, there are easter eggs galore. That said, you don't have to be neck-deep in canon - you can just love the show. It's that good. At first glance, things felt 'too cheeky for Trek.' I stuck with it. I'm so glad! The characters, animation, writing, plot, vision, and vibe are delightful and surprisingly heartwarming - Lower Decks is a jewel. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS STELLAR SHOW! (pun intended) Please keep Lower Decks alive, keep it coming, and we'll keep watching and loving you forever, tv gods. Lower Decks! Lower Decks! Lower Decks! (chanting...)
