A history which every Indian needs to know, because it's a subject of international game Football, Indian football team and life of SA Rahim. I'm writing this review after 5 weeks of its released. I realised one thing. Most of the Indians will cry stating Bollywood or Indian movies will never make movies of international standards. But when it is made they doesn't watch. There is character in this movie of a journalist played by Gajraj rao. I think this character will be dedicated to all this people. Anyways, A huge respect for director, producer for bringing this movie even after facing lot of issues in production. It should have easily got shelved due to over budget. But then too they made this movie even after knowing it doesn't reaches to their budget. They are happy with outstanding response and the impact it has created from the limited audience. Thank you team for making this movie. It will definitely stay in the mind for a long time.

This movie is must watch especially for teen agers and youths where it has important and genuine things to learn. First is accept your reality whatever it comes and carry on. Never ever ignore words of your surroundings those who loves you. That is one and only mother. The ending of the movie only can be understand by smart and intelligent. (Spoiler - Don't turned your friendship into love, and what happens and what and all you can lose if you do so) But for other ages it's like a Routine movie. Only the ending important lesson was good appreciatable. But for teen ages and youth it's a must watch highly recommended.

I'm giving this review after watching 2nd time. Due to high expectations in 1st watch it felt like one time watchable. But the movie was running in my mind throughout the day due to entertainment value and standout moments in the film. Then i decided to watch it once again but it turned out to be amazing experience, understood soo many plot points and got to know how well lokesh has made this movie. Why it's getting mix reviews is only because of high expectations from LCU, Previous LCU Cameos like Rolex/Vikram were missing, rumours of big star entry in LCU like ramcharan/prabhas and asual haters reviews. Just accept the movie as it is you are definitely gonna witness one of the best movie of this year and forgot to mention this is Vijay's best performance in his filmography and Anirudh's best music to come out especially surprise songs and BGM.

No matter how much criticism it gets. This movie will surely change the perception about politics. I really appreciate the subject and the way of showing how politics works. Special mention for prithviraj for strong performance and especially Suraj for doing bold role. It really need guts for a hero to act in that kind of a role. So lastly don't listen to any negative reviews just watch the movie, 1st half has a good set up with engaging screenplay and fasten your seat belts for 2nd half.
