Ciao House concept was outstanding, however the execution of the show failed miserably from the very first episode. How in the world can someone NOT get voted off a cooking show when they serve a plate of food that has nothing cooked? This was the first example of the hosts being suspect judges. Unfortunately, they would only make things worse by delegating the voting to the non-qualified contestants for the remainder of the season which only allowed the lesser talented contestants to gang up and vote out two of the most talented chefs (Corey and Preston).
Well, we just watched the most recent episode that only has two contestants left, so once again, the two hosts have assumed the role as judging who gets voted off. But, in an effort to make this show even more entertaining (I guess) they decided to bring back all of the contestants for a final challenge where one person gets back in the game. We watched all this only to find out that the "expert hosts" can't decide wether Corey or Preston should come back for the final?!! Maybe, they can't decide because they know that they never should have been voted off by the weaker contestants...I guess all the negative reviews became too much.
This show has such a fun and interesting concept but it will never succeed unless you get hosts that know how to treat people with some respect AND recruit people who can actually cook. I honestly have no idea where you found some of the individuals...there are literally four contestants that you could consider individuals with "chef" experience (which means you had more unqualified contestants than qualified chefs).
