Jose Garces was obviously ripped off by a tostada! No doubt. Blind taste tests fall apart as soon as we realize that judges who make the rounds know exactly how chefs’ and stars’ plates are presented, how the food looks, and the tell tale markings of the dishes. Not to mention the ever changing facial expressions of the chefs as the judges voice their opinions. Same on BBF. Awful. A tostada. Ugh
