Brian Stelter, the self-aggrandizing, arrogant, pompous, smug, unreliable pseudo-journalist, and full-time apologist for the liberal media is finally losing his mini megaphone on CNN. Stelter claims to be objective and a journalist, but in truth, he is neither of those. Instead, he is a shrill for liberal media and progressive politicians who are hell-bent on destroying conservative media and attacking conservative politicians. Reliable Sources was reliably one-sided and perfectly predictable in its non-news narrative. Stelter’s exit from CNN does not leave a void in the network or a loss for other journalists or journalism itself, rather, it is an opportunity for Warner Brothers Discovery to rebuild a network that spontaneously spews liberal talking points and takes its orders from the DNC. Stelter used his last show as an attempt to cement his legacy as a trail-blazing journalist who simply did what is right and served as an inspiration to journalism students and other journalists. In truth, Stelter is a case study in what not to do and who not to be in the news business. It is unlikely that Stelter will land a significant role at another network; he is damaged goods, and everyone knows it. Stelter will end up being just another has-been “journalist” with an ax to grind, accepting lesser roles on lesser networks, occupying the proverbial basement of life, reveling in the glory days of yesteryear, and flooding Reddit with Stelter-like drivel. So long, Mr. Stelter!
