Ugh. Predictable? Yes. Overacted? Yes. Trite? Yes. Boring? Yes from the opening scene, the entire movie was obvious: crotchety old man gets won over by people around him. 🙄 Highlight of the movie: opening scene took place in a store called “Busy Beaver” and the staff had a shirt that reads, “Have a question? Ask a beaver” or something like that. Worst movie of the decade.
