Writers just gave up on this episode 18 of season 5. DOA, Dead on arrival. Seems like they just swept up all the cutout film footage off the floor to throw together this episode. If this is the best they can do, put us out of our misery and cancel the series ! That goes for rookie feds also waste of time !
